Dieting
As you all know, I been dieting for at least two years now and I am finally realizing that the scale is not the sure sign you are healthy.
I weigh 140 pounds now versus the 130 I weighed in the summer. I added heavy lifting to my exercise routine, on top of boxing, circuit training, running, and zumba, and I feel the best that I ever have. Is my stomach flat? No- but it is the closest it ever will be. I am eating 1400 on days I do not work out, 1600 on light days, and 1800 on heavy exercise days. I have learned that if you are starving- you are not eating the right things, and not dieting correctly.
Do I want to get to my goal weight of 125? Yes. Will I risk my health to do it? No. I am reading all these post of girls who are 115 and wanna be 100 pounds on tumblr. No one should be model skinny- because that’s not realistic or normal- they are all photo-shopped and go on diets of protein shakes and fruit.

When someone obviously doesn’t care about you, no matter how much you love them, you stop caring too.
